Booking Policy

If you do not understand any part of this Booking Policy, please send an email to before agreeing to them and confirming a booking with Nina Stark Music.

Upon confirmation of a booking, Nina Stark Music (the ‘Artist’) will issue this Booking Policy to the Client. Any booking WHETHER CONFIRMED VERBALLY, ELECTRONICALLY OR IN WRITING will be a legally binding contract subject to the following non-negotiable terms and conditions of booking:


  1. Introduction:

    1. This booking contract is negotiated between the Client and the Artist. In this respect, the Artist is acting as an employment agency in issuing this contract and shall not be held responsible for a breach of this contract by the Client howsoever caused.

  2. Confirming the booking:

    1. All bookings take effect immediately upon acceptance of the booking by BOTH the Client and the Artist, whether orally, electronically or in writing ("Confirmation").

    2. The fact that the Contract has not been confirmed is not sufficient to invalidate the booking or acceptance of these terms.

  3. Changes to a contract:

    1. The agreed Total Cost may be subject to change if any details of the Contract are altered (by agreement with both the Client and the Artist).

    2. All changes to the Contract must be arranged and agreed by the Artist in advance of the Event Date.

  4. Payment of fees:

    1. The Total Cost is inclusive of reasonable expenses (including but not being limited to the Artist's reasonable travel time and cost). The Artist shall provide a breakdown of the Total Cost within 14 days of a request if required by the Client.

    2. Unless otherwise agreed by the Artist in writing, the Total Cost is payable to the Artist through bank, online transfer or MobilePay. Cash is not accepted.

    3. If the Total Cost which the Client is due to pay after the Event Date has not been received within 7 working days, 5 % of the Total Cost will be added as a charge to the reminder. If the Total Cost still has not been paid after the added charges to the reminder, the laws of the Danish Debt Collection Agency will be followed.

    Cancellation by the Client:

    1. The Client shall have the right to terminate this Contract in the case that the Client informs the Artist within 14 working days.

    2. The Client shall notify the Artist of the cancellation either verbally, electronically or in writing.

    3. If the Client does not cancel the Contract in accordance with clause 5.1 and 5.2. or for any reason other than stated in this Booking Policy, the Client shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee:

4. NOTE! If booking Nina Stark Music for single song lessons the client shall have the right to terminate booking at least 24 hrs before the appointment. If terminating less than 24 hrs before a single song lesson, a cancellation fee of 50 % will be charged. 


6. Cancellation by the Artist:

1. The Artist shall have the right to terminate this Contract in case of any immediate occurrences. These being illness or any other extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties.

2.  The Artist shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach, which was not reasonably foreseeable by the Artist at the date of the Contract.


7. Changes on the Event Date:

1. Where possible, changes to the contract schedule that are unavoidable on the Event Date, should first be discussed and agreed with the Artist. Should this not be possible, a fair resolution is to be agreed between the Client and the Artist prior to the performance.

2. Any changes will be subject to these terms and conditions.


8. Delayed event schedules and late finish fees:

1. If due to the late running of or alterations to the Event schedule, which is no fault of the Artist, the Artist is not able to perform their full performance time within the program outlined in this contract, there will be no reduction in the Artist’s fee.

2. If the Event runs late and the Artist is asked and agrees to finish later than the finish time in the booking contract, no additional charge will be added to the total cost. If the Artist does not agree, then 10% of the total cost is added per hour over run, payable preferably on the Event Date, however, within 7 working days of the Event Date.

9. Expenses:

1. If the Client is booking the Artist, the Artist's requirements for e.g. accommodation and travel expenses shall be met by the Client at their own expense. The Artist will inform the Client of any such expenses in relation to the booking contract. 

2. If the Client has agreed to cover additional expenses incurred by the Artist (including but not being limited to travel, refreshments, rehearsal time, accommodation), the Artist must provide receipts and an invoice to the Client after the Event Date.

3. The Client shall reimburse all expenses to the Artist within 28 days of receipt of the invoice.


10. Equipment:

1. The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the Client reasonably requires should the Client request such a change.

2. Prior to the Event date, the Client and Artist will agree on what set of equipment each party can provide. As a minimum, it is expected by the Artist that the Client can provide at least a microphone etc., and a PA sound system.
